Review: | This is our first frozen yoghurt and we love it. We have a peach tree so could use up lots of our ripe peaches. Recipe called for 4 large peaches, but we used 9 small ones instead to make up the weight recommended. We found the whole milk yoghurt was a little harder to find, and quite expensive, but you don’t use much in this recipe. I didn’t bother to peal the peaches, just cooked them and then blitzed them with the yoghurt. Quite easy. Can’t wait to make again. |
