Review: | We held high hopes for this sorbet, but unfortunately it didn’t quite live up to expectations. You cut up the apples and cook them in cider. We used non alcoholic cider and some lemonade. Apples weren’t soft after the recommended 5 mins so we cooked for another 5 mins. Took a long time to pass through a sieve. The flavour is more of a cooked apple, or apple sauce flavour than a fresh flavour.
