Review: | This recipe is for the Raspberry frozen yoghurt from David’s book. We didn’t have fresh fruit on hand so used a frozen mix of blueberries, raspberries and blackberries instead. We blended with the yoghurt but chose not to strain it like recommended as it was fairly smooth. We kinda like seeing the fruit pieces. It was a little trickier to find whole milk yoghurt, and not cheap, but made a few different yoghurts with it. We chose to use Biodynamic organic pot set yoghurt from Jalna. Would be interesting to try this recipe again with less sugar added, since it was fairly sweet. |
