Review:

Everyone loved this butter pecan ice cream. Once frozen it became this beautiful store quality ice cream. Was a touch salty, but I can’t remember if I added 1 tsp or 1 tbsp of salt, so that could totally be my fault. Will have to test again. I didn’t measure out the butter so didn’t have any to strain off, and just used it all. This probably contributed to the creamy texture.

The biggest question is, is it Butter Pea-can or Butter p-carn?
