Here is a list of Forward and Backward Movements we learn in TaeKwonDo.
- Front Leg Raising, Twin Block
- Low Block, (raise blocking arm), Reverse Punch
- High Block, (extend blocking arm), Reverse Punch
- Out To In Block, (extend blocking arm), Reverse Punch
- Low Block (body on angle), High Block (twist hips, body front-on), Reverse Punch… repeat for opposite arm and stance
- Low Block (left arm, front stance), Inner Forearm Block (left arm, back stance), Punch (left arm, fixed stance)… repeat for opposite arm and stance
- Twin Block (back stance), Knife Hand Strike (back stance), Reverse Punch (front stance)… repeat for opposite arm and stance
