| Review: | If you live in South Australia, you know the amazingness which is Golden North Honey ice cream. That inspired me to try a honey ice cream. I liked that this recipe had variations, and I chose to make it without the eggs. That made it SUPER easy, i literally just whisked the ingredients together. We found the taste pretty close to Golden North, if anything a bit too strong. I’ve actually made it again with more cream / milk and the same amount of honey and it wasn’t strong enough. So I’ll have to keep practicing, what a shame. I am looking forward to trying this with some flavoured honey – might have to make a trip to the famers market soon!
