Review: | We have quite enjoyed this plum ice cream. We went to our local markets and picked up some great in season plums. They were super ripe so needed to be used quickly. With juice literally dripping down my hands I deseeded all the plums and then cooked them as per the recipe. We omitted the alcohol and it didn’t seem to make any difference. This ice cream has a brilliant colour and scoops really nicely. With sugar added to very ripe fruit it is a little on the sweet side.
