I’ve never been a massive chocolate ice cream fan. It all tastes too fake. That was until I tried this one. It’s rich, velvety, and strong in flavour. Made with a whole block of dark cooking chocolate melted into into the cream, it makes it a very indulgent flavour. This one isn’t a custard base, I can’t even imagine how rich it would be if it was! We enjoyed it in a cone with ice magic – although we quickly discovered we needed a flat surface or layers of ice cream and ice magic sandwiched in between, or it got very messy! Will be making this again for sure. |
